eXtend Control Panel - Is it possible for me to access webmail directly through my web browser without
Yes, just go to http://www.outitgoes.com/ and log into your mailbox from there. - I'm trying to upload a large file onto my webspace, and the file manager inside the Extend Control Panel won't let me. Why?
This is due to the nature of the web based FTP used. To avoid this issue, if you need to upload large files to your website, then we'd recommend you use an FTP client to do so, and we provide AceFTP as part of the software we provide which is very suitable for this task and very easy to use. - How do I run scheduled tasks (CRON) on my account?

To setup a scheduled task simply log into your Extend Control Panel, select ‘Account Utilities’ and follow the instructions for ‘Scheduled Tasks’. - I want to stop someone visiting my site – can I block them?

Firstly, please see the support question ‘Is it possible to telnet into my account?’ Secondly, SSH access is not enabled by default for Ultimate Internet hosting packages and you need to request it via your eXtend Control Panel. Simply log into your Control Panel and select ‘Account Utilities’. From the list you then need to select SSH Server Access. Please note that some of our package types do not include SSH access at all, in which case you will have no "SSH Server Access" option in Account Utilities. - How do I access the raw web access or error logs?
Simply log into your eXtend Control Panel and select ‘Web Site Reporting’. You then have an option for ‘Log File Download’. Once you have created a database using your eXtend Control Panel you will be able to manage it using phpMyAdmin. Once the database is created you’ll see a new option in the MySQL section of your Extend Control Panel. You’ll now be able to Edit/Manage/Delete your databases. To manage your database all you need to do is to click on the ‘Now’ link and phpMyAdmin will start. - How can I manage my MySQL database?
See above. - How do I log on to my Ultimate Internet Extend Control Panel?
You simply need to go to http://cp.ultimate-host-uk.com. Your username is your domain name (without the 'www') and your password is the one sent out in your welcome email. If you have forgotten either of these then please follow the instructions on the login page. - I keep getting the error - "Front Page Extensions not Installed" when trying to publish my FrontPage site.
FrontPage extensions are very sensitive to web site changes and can cause the error that you are getting. Ultimate Internet has made it easy for you to reinstall the extensions if you get this problem. Simply log into your eXtend Control Panel, select ‘Account Utilities’ and then select ‘Microsoft FrontPage Extensions’. Within this section you can install or delete your FrontPage extensions. Ultimate Internet would recommend that if you want to re-install the extensions that you delete them first and then install again.
